Warranty & Returns Policy

All products carry a 30 day guarantee to be free from manufacturing defect. If found defective, Supplynet will replace the product at no additional cost. Requests for returns of merchandise must be made within 30 days from invoice date. Requests for returns relating to shipping errors must be made no later than 48 hours from receipt. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA). You must call the customer service department to obtain an RA number (845) 267-2655. RA numbers are valid for 20 days from issue date. A 20% restocking charge will apply for all non-defective product returns on orders under $1000. All stock orders over $1000 are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable. Custom orders of any value are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable.  The customer is responsible for return freight. Customer does not receive credit for original shipping and handling charges. Returns must include original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition. No credit will be issued for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
